Your components are manufactured overseas, but all your interactions will be with our experienced team based in Indianapolis, IN. We provide the following services:
Exporting, importing, and handling of duties/tariffs.
Prototype and production management.
Storage and release of your goods from the fulfillment center located in Whitestown, IN.
Our typical contract terms are Ex Works (EXW) Whitestown, IN per Incoterms.

QUALITY CONTROL AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Each component is made in a factory with a certified quality assurance program.
Dimensional and material reports are available for each batch.
PPAP's and additional quality control measures can be performed according to your requirements.
If you need to modify a part, try out a new material, or need design assistance we can help you with that too.
Industry standard tolerances for rubber parts can be found in the Rubber Manufacturer's Association handbook and plastic parts per DIN 16901. Your specific tolerance requirements will take precedent if they are deemed feasible by manufacturing.
